Brandon Tabesh
Brandon is a civil litigation attorney who focuses on medical malpractice and serious injury matters, representing patients and families who have been harmed by substandard medical care. Brandon handles cases with an emphasis on thorough preparation and clear, direct communication.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University's Fowler School of Law, and through his legal academic career, has earned awards including a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing and Research I (awarded to students earning the highest award in a class) and Dean's List recognition. These honors reflect the strong legal researching and writing skills he now applies to dispositive motions, discovery, and case strategy.
Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, with honors. His background in sociology informs his work with both clients and experts alike, helping him understand how injuries and medical errors affect families beyond the immediate medical issues.
During law school, Brandon volunteered as a law clerk with the Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, providing free legal services in dependency cases. Here, he gained considerable experience through daily courtroom exposure in an extremely high-volume practice area, even appearing on record as a law student under attorney supervision. This experience helped him develop an early comfort in front of judges and opposing counsel.
Outside of the office, Brandon spends his time with his fiancee and their Belgian Malinois/Australian Shepherd mix, Athena. He loves spending time outdoors, enjoys working on cars and motorcycles, and is a student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
