Michelle "Shelle" Goede serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Law Offices of Marshall Silberberg, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience within professional services and growth-driven organizations. Based in Orange County, she oversees all financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance functions for the firm.

Known for her analytical rigor and collaborative leadership style, Shelle partners closely with the firm’s partners and practice leaders to strengthen profitability, streamline internal processes, and support long-term strategic planning. She leads initiatives in financial reporting, cash-flow management, compensation structures, and technology-driven process improvements.

Shelle earned her degrees' from The University of California, Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys time with her daughters, summers on the lake, winters snowboarding, and volunteering for local philanthropies with the National Charity League.
